Pre-ordering Process

What is a pre-order:

When an order is placed for an item on [PREORDER] it means that the product is not yet available for delivery and you are ordering this item to be delivered once it arrives in Australia. Items that are on pre-order is most likely our top sellers and sell out quickly. 

Due to limited space on containers we can only import a select quantity. Pre-ordering is advised if you wish to secure a popular product. 

When are our next containers due:

We have a shipment arriving in December 2021. Pre orders are now open for this popular shipment. Please note: we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas due to long shipping times. Unfortunately any delays are out of our control.

Our next shipment thereafter will be for March 2022. 

Important: The Delivery ETA is tentative and may change slightly. Shipping lead times are unfortunately out of our control. 

Payment:

Payment for all Pre-orders are either in Full Payment or via 60% deposit. The balance (40%) will be due before our container is shipped and we will email you an invoice for this payment. All payments are made via secure payment on our website.

Cancelling a pre order: 

Cancellations on pre orders will incur a 15% restocking fee. The reason we charge this fee is because our stock is limited and usually sells out. Please check all measurements beforehand to ensure you are happy with your order. 

Please note we do not allow cancellations on custom made orders. 

If you wish to cancel your pre-order you need to contact our team on [email protected] or 02 9188 7741. We understand that circumstances change and will assist you in any way possible. Cancelling an order after it has been shipped to you however will incur shipping charges as this is done by a third-party.
