Made from solid Paulownia wood, our 6-Panel Divider has a number of advantages with its quality woody construction. Firstly, Paulownia wood has a nice and soft texture that is resistant to cracks, water and corrosion. It also does not deform and is durable and longlasting for years of dedicated use. More importantly, Paulownia wood accepts colouring easily for it to be given different shades of beautiful colours. Because of this, an eco-friendly water-based paint is used on our 6-Panel Divider that is non-toxic, non-fade, waterproof and breathable.

Our 6-Panel Divider is lightweight and yet strong and sturdy. The 2-way metal hinges give it a hardy feel and the panels are simple enough to move them around to create space or enhance your dcor. Not least, the panels are also easily foldable for space saving storage if and when they are not needed.

We have a 30 day return policy. This gives you peace of mind to return your item, however, the item needs to be in it's original packaging, undamaged, unstained and unusedPlease note: We do not offer returns on any custom made products.

If you do not have the original packaging then we would have to evaluate the items once in the warehouse and determine if the product is resell-able.  

Shipping is a third-party service and we will supply you with the best shipping quote to return the product to our warehouse. The shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Once we receive the item in resell-able condition, we will refund your money, less the initial shipping cost and any other costs we are entitled to according to our policy. Please contact us if you have a return request. 

Please note: We do not offer returns on any custom made products. 

Cancellations

Cancelling a pre order: Cancellations on pre orders will incur a 15% restocking fee. The reason we charge this fee is because our stock is limited and usually sells out. Please check all measurements beforehand to ensure you are happy with your order. 

To cancel an order you need to contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this, we would have already booked a courier to collect your item. Cancelling within 12 hours will ensure that no shipping is charged, however any cancellations after this period could incur a shipping charge fee charged by the couriers. We cannot be held responsible for this charge unfortunately, as this is a third party fee. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We thoroughly check our products before it leaves out warehouse and are confident that we ship out products in the best condition.

Please check your item upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours should the item be damaged or faulty. Please keep the original packaging. Contact us here.

We will assess the best possible course of action, which could include any of the following:

  1. Replacement of the product, depending on stock availability OR
  2. Full refund 

on the condition that the goods are returned within 14 business days from the date the goods were dispatched to you and the items are in their original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets/packaging attached.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if the item does not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.

All refunds will only be processed once the item is back at our warehouse.
