We go above and beyond to ensure you pay as low as possible on delivery charges because we understand that it can be a big expense. The cost of delivery is calculated based on weight, cubic centimetres and location.
We subsidize up to 50% of the shipping cost, unless Free Shipping is offered at checkout. Shipping furniture across Australia requires reliable and experienced furniture couriers.
We make use of couriers services from BigPost, Furniture Removalists, Australia Post, DHL, Allied Express, Direct Freight, Toll, TNT and Aramex - depending on the item you ordered.

We endeavour to dispatch all in stock items within 1 to 3 days of receiving your order. Bulky items, which require furniture removalists (items like beds and cabinets etc) could take up to 7 days to dispatch as these removalists travel interstate once or twice a week.

Delivery between 5 to 8 days after dispatch
Rural Cities (Excluding WA, NT, FNQ and Tas):
Delivery could take up to 14 days after dispatch

Pre Orders: If you have placed an order for an item on pre order, this means that the item will only be available from the date stated on the product description. Example: March 2022 pre orders will only arrive in March 2022. For more info on pre orders, please read here.
Deliveries will be on weekdays between 9 am and 5 pm only. No deliveries on weekends or public holidays, unless specifically arranged by our team.
The cost of shipping will show on the shipping calculator in your cart which you can use to determine what you will be charged for shipping. This is based on your postcode. Please ensure you enter the correct postcode to get an accurate quote.
It is important that you supply us with the correct contact details and special instructions to be passed on to the delivering company, especially when you live in a high rise building, apartment block or where there might be restricted access.
It might be of benefit to consider giving authority to deliverers to leave small items in a 'safe spot' in the rare occasion that you're not at home at the time of delivery.
Delivery of items are subject to availability and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item unexpectedly out of stock. We regularly update our website to ensure this does not happen, however, in the rare occasion that a paid item is out of stock we will refund your money in full.
Please check your item upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours should the item be damaged or faulty. Where possible, keep the original packaging. Please contact us via the contact page for all returns.
Due to the high cost of International Shipping, we currently do not offer this option.
